A little Southern California electric blues band that I work with has granted permission to release a few songs off of their unreleased EP for us. We're still recording songs, but here's one that's done. I've done most of the fret work, but there's still some stuff left to do. I'll leave it up to OCDTeam to finish and polish it up. David: The band would like you to bundle this song with Phase Shift if you find it acceptable. I'll work with the band to get some album art at some point. Hmm... I might do this too.
The first thing that ought to be done is to get the beat grid corrected.

Seems interesting, and always nice to see something of a different genre show up, as mentioned in the posts about the setlist, variety is a key factor when we put it all together
audio levels seem like they need a bit of tweaking, you don't want the game sfx drowning out the songs vocals

if the soundfx seem loud compared to the song then i take it the recording is quieter than normal, you'd want to bring it inline with other songs
the volume does seem to dip just as the drums come in, not sure if thats part of the recording or if you dropped the volume to ballance the parts

For some reason, the main Guitar chart is unfinished.

For some reason, the main Guitar chart is unfinished. That's correct. I haven't finished it yet. I'm working on it up here in Kings Canyon, but the Mac I'm using has this horrible delay in EOF. I'm reluctant to finish charting it because I don't want to redo the entire chart.

What kind of delay? If the song stutters during playback, increasing the buffer size generally fixes that. Other types of delay might be caused by other things.

Songs do not stutter when playing back in EOF.
The notes seem to be "off" when they pass the strike line in EOF. I can't really test any of my charts out here in the wilderness.
I originally started the chart on a fairly nice machine, and now I'm working on a first generation mac with an intel processor.

You can not trust whether it appears to be synced visually during playback. The only reliable means to check sync are to play back with clap/tick or perhaps even examining the waveform graph.

So it's been a while...
The band got some new songs to record and they've also improved their recording techniques, so when I master their tracks I'll start charting their songs again.
Lets just consider this project as done with. I'll make a new thread when the time is right.
