v1.01 won't have any new features over v1.00. Just a few bug fixes. New features will come after we have a stable release.
Thanks David

Doesn't that happen when someone tries to join a server that doesn't have the required in use port open? I've seen other projects that had this problem, it was easily fixed by adding in UPnP (Universal Plug and Play). Most of Routers have the UPnP option enabled by default, so I guess implementing the function into Phase Shift would probably fix the problem for 80% of the people. The other 20% are gonna have to figure out how to either turn on UPnP or open the ports manually. I use a Router, and it took me a while to figure out this game doesn't have UPnP, so after I figured it out I just went and opened the default server port given by Phase Shift, but if UPnP was already working, I wouldn't have even thought about opening ports.

Oh I think I know what you mean. Do you mean when you pick a song, and then both players get stuck at "Waiting for other player", or something like that, like it's stuck in an infinite loading loop? I figured that it happens in 2 situations, one being, if you press Red in the "Waiting" screen, while someone else is still loading, it might make the client from the other player glitch, or even crash, which forces both players to restart the game, otherwise the infinite loop glitch is gonna keep happening. The other situation being, if one of the two players crash for any other reason during a song, the server/dedicated server and clients are gonna glitch out, not being able to start out other session without the infinite loop glitch, unless both restart their games, and in some occasions, having to restart the dedicated server aswell. Another thing that I would like too see fixed, is a weird server crash that happens with over 6 people online. I don't remember the error that says in the dedicated's log, but it says something that starts with "win", could be wincache, but I'm not sure. EDIT: Scratch it, it wasn't wincache, it was winsock. I just saw that in the new 1.0 bug report thread that jd created, but that happened before in earlier versions aswell.

ok, I'd hoped that this song would get charted, but it never did, so i went ahead and made a real guitar chart for dropping out of school, this chart is probably far from perfect, but it's something (nothings getting done waiting for a good charter to take his hand at it) Brad Sucks - Dropping Out of School [V6]

Would there be a chance to be able to play chords while holding an extended sustained note? (Example of a song that does this: "Jump" by Van Halen in Guitar Hero: Van Halen)
...Coming to think about it, I don't think it will be possible with additional frets held to play chords in Phase Shift.
