It appears to be a ho/po issue. You need to tell us what chart it is, and possibly give us a link to the MIDI file.

the chart is a gh3 custom and was made as a forced chart but in eof forced notes from the charter wont show up and wen i hit force all this happened

This sounds like user error, not a chart error. You need to upload the MIDI file so we can see what's going on.

We're only need to debug the chart, not the song. The only files that we need are the "song.ini" and the "notes.mid" file. There's no need for the audio files.

It seems that the problem was user error. When I imported the MIDI into EOF, most (lets say all of them for the sake of the argument) were forced HO/PO's. Now, I've made this same mistake before when I was making a chart, but I fixed it quickly. What I did to "normalize" this chart: select all the notes in the chart, pressed the "toggle ho/po" hotkey until I got my desired result. www.mediafire.com/?xn27xamq7utmm4iThis is for you, homeboy.
