Hi, First of all - PS is fantastic!! Fast, smooth/stable also with >2 players, easy to use (controller integration is perfect) - in conclusion much more better than FoFix. After playing PS a couple of hours, here our suggestions for a few really important features: - song preview (with over 1000 songs, we want to hear the song before playing) - search feature (also missing in FoFix) - if we look for a special song, we don't want to search in each folder - game navigation: if we press "down" at the end of the list, the cursor should jump at the beginning of the list and vice versa - regarding to the background music (ramdom jukebox function): a smal text box with "currently playing" would be perfect, because sometimes, we want to play that song immediately and accordingly we need to know the artist/title/folder - random stage video: with all videos in the video folder (same feature like the necks) - audio volumes: option for automatically increase the player instruments in each song (e.g. in the first song I play drums - increase drum sounds, next song I switch to guitar - increase guitar sounds, in a band increase all human-played instruments) - [lower priority] real audio whammy effects: a simple audio effect, e.g. volume pulsing would be enough to "hear" the whammy lines. With these features and maybe so classic GH and RB themes, most of the players could delete FoFix completely best regards and thanks for the almost perfect piece of software.

I know they mentioned working on the song preview and "currently playing" ideas.

I know they mentioned working on the song preview and "currently playing" ideas. Perfect! So hopefully they read my other suggestions. I think the random video feature is absolutly no problem, just copy the some lines of code from the necks The folder navigation "end-to-beginning" is also very easy to integrate. So now I cross my fingers, especially for the search feature and the automatic volume increase of the human-played audio tracks. One idea for the preview problem: is it possible to provide a preview generator? Such a mini tool would work with the source code snippet for the game play engine and allows to user to choose its music folder. All subfolders are checked for preview.ogg files. If there is no preview file available, it generates a 30 sec. preview with all available audio tracks starting at a predefined time mark. I think thats very fast and a lot easier to realise than a real-time audio track mixing for the preview feature. best regards, s

I don't know any of Phase Shift's programming code, so I can't be sure, but that sounds like it could be complicated to add.

I like the option to raise the volume of the instrument your playing, i wouldnt mind seeing that in PS at some point, all good suggestions, most are actually already planned or being worked on though.
