Hi!
There must be some kind of settings to allow me to hear drums always with good volume?
I have just recently got electronic drums so I can't play well. I got bored with the error sounds so I think I disabled those.. But the main problem is, that can't really hear when I hit something correctly. It's like my drums were muted all the time, even when I get OK score practicing. In the beginning before the song really starts, my drums sound good, but when the notes start running the enjoyment is nonexistent because the sounds just become so low, it doesn't matter if I can play or not.

What I did is got a $34 4 port mixer uses 3.5 jacks I run it from my laptop and from drums in to it and to a stereo I can control how loud my drums are to the music.

Thanks for answer.
I have to do some more research, about MIDIs and everything. The louder sounds are probably from my DTX402k-drumset which get switched to game's own sounds(which are hardly hearable).

this is how I have mine setup I run Two Alesis Command Mesh Kits total 16 piece and two Drum modules, I run midi in and out from both modules to a Midi Plus 2x2 to my laptop. For all my Audio I run a 4 port mixer 3.5 jack format from laptop and from drums witch are connected from one modules audio output to the input on other module then from that module output to the mixer. then from the mixer I run to and 4 port headphone mixer one goes to my 1000 watt stereo and I run up to 3 headphone sets if needed. Setup volume on the mixer so drums are loud enough to hear a bit over the Phase Shift music. The mixers and Midi Plus I got from Amazon.ca so they could be a lot cheaper in the USA if that's where you are. The Midi Plus 2x2 is not for running Phase Shift but it works for the main drum module. I use it for other software I use that allows me to use all drums. So you really only need the audio mixer. here the mixer I use.
