Hello, first time poster. I just installed the game and x360ce, everything looked fine, but the orange fret #5 doesn't work in game. The button is responding when I try testing it in x360ce. Any ideas what I do?
EDIT: Figured it out. Had to switch button 5 from LB to RB in x360ce. Weird that the settings it loads from the internet are incorrect.

Hello, I am having the same issue with my xbox x-plorer guitar hero guitar. the 5th fret (orange) button does not work when trying to play. However, when i play drums on a song with the guitar, the orange button works as the bass kick. I have tried downloading x360ce, all the buttons were properly functioning. So I tried changing button 5 from LB to RB and that did not work. opened the game and orange was still not working. When I open the game, it registers the guitar as a gamepad, and the orange button will not work. Please help, i have tried everything. I have also tried downloading the phase shift controller profiler and the software does not even recognize that there is a controller plugged in.

Y'all drinking some sort of weird Koolaid or something? You don't need ANY controller emulation programs if you're using an Xbox360 Xplorer: it should be plug and play. Uninstall PS, uninstall x360ce, have all the defaults loaded up again, and it should work.
