Hello, AlienVampire here, and I was hoping to get my hands on a new guitar hero controller for phase shift, for co-op games. Should I go with a PS3 or Xbox 360 guitar controller, and if so, which one? For reference, I have found a PS3 controller I do like, And of course it's a WoR Battle-Axe, near mint condition no less. Any other good guitar controllers out there? Comfort, condition, and appearance are my top priorities.

When you buy a used controller, make sure it comes with a matching dongle if it needs one.
XB360 controllers tend to play nicer on PC than their PS3 counterparts, but you do have to buy a $40 wireless dongle to get it to work. But at least it's universal for all XB360 controllers.
My old stalwart is the GH Xplorer from my GHIII PC days. Can't recommend it enough.

I'm currently using these two guitars (different places, so different PC's):
1. GH2 guitar for PS2 via USB adapter (Win7, 32bit). 2. GH3 guitar for XBOX 360 via MS wireless USB controller receiver (Win7, 64bit).
Both work fine.
