When practicing a song on slower speeds most songs sound horrible. Can we add something that re-pitches the song back so it sounds like the original, even if the song is slowed down? I have a background in audio production, so I know that this "key lock" feature has been around for a while on hardware and software. How difficult would it be to add this to PS ?

Probably the same time that vocals get added to the game, if that ever happens. Both of these things probably require a new audio engine to work.
What I've always wanted is the option to adjust the board speed to compensate for speed changes. Both of these problems can be solved by making another version of a song and changing the speed, but nobody has time for that.

EOF uses the rubberband library for this functionality, but it doesn't have to deal with multiple audio stems.
