I was wondering if someone could chart a bunch of Hopesfall songs for me? or someone teach me or link me how to create charts?

The EOF has a great tutorial in the readme.
The best thing to do is just chart, and then when you're done charting, chart some more. Look at how others have charted songs by importing the MIDI or EOF files into EOF. Charting is best learned from actually doing it.
If you're stuck, there are a few YouTube tutorials out there. You can also look up the RBN charting guidelines on the Rock Band forums.
