Yeah well... It's just as I said in the title. Normally manual HO/POs work, but I made a song in which certain notes are like immune to that. And I don't know how to fix it. If you want, you can check it out for yourself. It's the notes at 2:09. (The song is Rise Against - Make It Stop, so if you want you can add that song as guitar.ogg) www.mediafire.com/download/s5zzim3rkszusq1/RiseAgainstMakeItStop.mid

It would also help to post your INI and EOF file.

Are the other forced HOPOs in the chart working in Phase Shift? Since the notes were recognized by EOF as forced HOPOs during MIDI import, it would look more like it's an issue with the game.

That's the strange part. Other forced HOPOs ARE working. It's just that exact part that doesn't work. Plus, I've made many other songs, but this is only the 2nd time I've experienced this. Both times I experienced it, there was a 'crazy' note nearby the forced HOPOs that weren't working. (With a crazy note I mean the thing that happens when you select a note in EOF and press T)
Edit: Okay wait I figured something out. After a bit of messing around with forced hopos, forced not-hopos, and crazy notes, it finally works the way I want it to. So if anyone is ever in the same situation as me, my advice is: Keep messing around until you find a solution.
