eof on windows 8 do to a visual glitch makes eof look like it was made for win 10 (if you haven't tried win 10 note that Microsoft is going off about a new THIN borders visual effect in that release which is surprisingly elegant) but what I noticed is that eof in that position makes it glitch out when I move the window to a more appreciated (likable) space. here are those photos

I probably won't be able to do anything about this. I don't have access to a Windows 8 or a Windows 10 computer to test with. Screen captures may help though.

So that only happens when you move the window? One thing you could try when this happens is pressing SHIFT+F5, which will tell EOF to recreate and redraw the window.

Ok I will but just so you know the borders on eof when it's like that looks thin because an extra thin line that shows it's stopping and starting edges is actually gone in the first bottom photo idk why windows makes it like this on launch is weird.

I'm having some trouble understanding. Do you say it looks like the first picture: when first opening EOF, but after moving the window, it is resized to display correctly like this:

huh... ok when I looked closely at eof I noticed that on my computer it tries to force a full screen mode but when it reads the config file settings I have it set to it forces itself into that thin bordered window

It doesn't affect other programs. And I hardly use ease of access because I don't have any disabilities that require I use them.
But I think a video showing what is going on might be better for showing what is going on

Maybe the video would reveal something, but you should still check that setting out anyway on the off chance it's turned on by default and causing this issue.

Any updates on this? Does pressing SHIFT+F5 restore the window after Windows messes it up? If that accessibility feature was on, did turning it off make a difference? Were you able to make a short video demonstrating the problem?

I can't do anything to help with this if none of my suggestions are tried.
