Hello lyrics are copyrighted so I don't want to release charts with lyrics as I don't want to break the law but is doing guitar, bass and drums copyrighted as you are doing the notes for the song but I'm not sure

Covers, which these would fall under, are protected under copyright law.

Covers, which these would fall under, are protected under copyright law. I'm not talking about covers just making a chart for a song but release a chart with no lyrics as they are copyrighted but I think it's illegal just to put the song name and the year but I still want to make charts

Let me break this down for you, then.
Midi tracks, which is what these are, are considered covers, and are in no way illegal to have. As I said, covers are protected under the copyright law. And since midi files are legally considered covers, you are good to go. And where real midis are concerned, these tracks that Phase Shift (or Rock Band 3) use, they only use about eight midi notes on an average song for Pro Guitar (the six "note" notes, solo, and Phase Shift).
The short answer is, no. You are in no legal trouble with charts that have midi based instruments, or lyrics. It is also not illegal to have a song in Phase Shift that has the lyrics.

Are you sure as I really don't want to trouble if a band sees my chart

If they see your chart, I think they'd like to see that you're working on their song. The most they may say is that one of the drums may be a different note than what you have. Perhaps, a kicked hat, instead of a normal hat. Something like that.
Short answer: Yes. I am sure.

Now one cool thing about GHScience here is that he has a forum he made so you can post copyrighted music to. Go to the general forums for his post ElectroGalaxy

Homeboy, that's incorrect, proboards in general, you can't post copywritten anything to. So I'd definitely recommend not posting the song in question (at least not the audio) to here or there.

Also Homeboy, since I am the composer, ElectroGalaxy, I can post my music wherever I want. I can also do with it as I please.
