I don't know what you're asking for. EOF allows you to enable a fifth drum lane already, and you do not have to author cymbals to use it.

Pro drums is just 3 cymbals and 3 toms on the same color, and need the cymbal notation for appropriate notes.
5 lane drums is 2 toms and 2 cymbals on different colors.
If you meant playing RB songs with a 5 lane kit, it moves the 4th lane tom notes to the 5th lane.
