That's OK only If I had guitar pro 6 I would put it in reaper and use the rock band custom template

TuxGuitar and GP5 can both export to MIDI format, that may be worth a try.

I don't see why that would be illegal, the software is open source and free. If you're going to pursue commercial use, you may want to consult somebody that knows more about copyright law.

If it's another song's tab, you could get in trouble if you add it to your song and sell it.

No I mean add it on the chart for a song to play in phase shift as i added vocals and drums from the tab

I guess I don't understand what you're asking. If you're using TuxGuitar to author your own original content, there's no reason you couldn't add that to your song.
