For starters, I'd recommend checking out the Vocal Tutorial in EOF's help menu. One thing to consider is that EOF doesn't have a ton of vocal authoring features, but the ability to import several different lyric formats means you have a lot of options for what editing program you want to use to create them.

Ok I made on that covers the basics, here it is:
apparently it didn't render with my audio, but you can kinda figure out whats happening... Edit Lyric key = L Split Lyric key = Shift+S Vocal Tones key = V change the octave at which the piano roll at the bottom is by right clicking it I might have missed some things, but thats the general stuff that I covered when I recorded it

I'm not sure what you mean about the K key. The vocal tones sound cue is toggled on/off with the V key.
