1st problem is that EOF wont let me chart a tom 2 and any other note at the same time.
The other problem is that if I chart a tom 2, when running it in phase shift it adds a bass note.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Which lane numbers are you unable to author in combination (ie. 1 is bass drum)?

I'm having the same problem to. For once I decided to chart a song in 5-lane mode and every green tom I place in EOF, in Phase Shift, not only there is a green tom but there is also a bass note.
Bluzer's Guitar Hero charts for Phase Shift doesn't seem to have this problem. I wonder how he does the 5-lane drums.

The colors are arbitrary depending on what color set you are using. Please indicate when lane number you're adding a gem onto when it exports as two gems.

Lane 6 in Drums. When I have 5-lane drum mode set, when I place a Lane 6 gem, how come I can't put any other gems on the same line? And when I test the song I am charting, the Lane 6 gem (or green tom in game) also has a lane 1 gem (bass kick line) on the same line.
How do I add other gems on the same line of where the Lane 6 gem is on in EOF? Or is it not possible yet? Someone needs to make a video tutorial on how I can add additional gems in additional to the Lane 6 gem (Bluzer has done it for his Guitar Hero songs for Phase Shift, and I am thinking it involves Guitar Pro or TuxGuitar or something).

It's supposed to be possible, but a bug was causing the open strum cleanup (removes all other gems from open strum guitar/bass notes) to do this for drum tracks as well. I've fixed this and it should be working in the next release candidate. Or if you want, you can watch this other thread, where I've been posting frequent beta releases while I work on Rocksmith authoring support: forums.smithyanvil.com/viewtopic.php?id=33 |
