Im trying to chart a Real Guitar chart and this is happening:

As per RB3's requirements, "PART REAL_GUITAR" and "PART REAL_BASS" have a limit of 17 frets by default. If you wanted to use a higher fret number in those tracks, you need to use "Track>Pro guitar>Set number of frets/strings" to change it to a higher number. Having EOF formally warn you when it's preventing the use of an invalid fret number is something that's on my to-do list.
