Either i am just terrible at the calibration... or it isn't working.. i'm guessing its me? I'm using Phase Shift. Absolutely love it, but the further into a song i go, the more the audio and video de-sync. I've tested several songs using the Bot, happens with all of them, so its something on my end. I've tried the calibration twice and neither atempt has helped. Any other info that i can give, just ask for it.

Try using the different sync methods in the calibration menu.

Thank You! I selected the "Perfomance" Option and the calibrate worked perfectly!

I thought i would come back on this... I've been trying to run this on our TV through HDMI, for our "GH Party Nights" We played GH every night until GH stopped production...
Anyhow. I Can NOT hit ANY notes whatsoever when using the TV. In the Calibration songs, i'm finding myself at like 15% completion. Same with the audio.
I know that there is a huge difference in a tv and monitor...
Are their any tips that might help me? So far, we've just been sitting around the monitor because its easily calibrated. =P

I realise this. But it seems as if the calibration isn't helping a thing... if not making it worse... I can't hit very many notes in the calibration. I usually come out less than 20% accuracy... I go play a song.. and it is absolutely terrible.
I tried manually adjusting for around an hour, while trying to play an actual song.. till it felt right... Never got there.
I've tried using the other "types" of calibration, but nothing helps. we dont "Need" the TV... I have a big monitor... but being able to use the Much larger TV would be nice.

For some setups calibration can be a pain, but careful manual tweaking is pretty much your best bet
You may be able to do some things to make it a little easier to manage, as far as the tv goes certain options and display modes increase latency, anything that involves extra image processing, usually there are options to disable things like frame blending / interpolation, your tv may also have a game mode option that has a similar result.
If you are running through an av receiver and using hdmi then you are likely getting latency from your receiver and from your tv, so then you are attempting to compensate for 2 layers of latency, sending the video signal direct to the tv would help keep it manageable.
You may also be able to google some answers about your specific hardware and find out exactly how much latency your equipment has, then you don't need as much guess work with the manual values, you can make an educated guess for the base figure, then you only need to fine tune as needed.
Based on tests other people have already done I know my tv has 40ms of input latency so that gives me a good idea of how i need to set things up when using tv out.
If your monitor and tv are next to each other you can even get some figures yourself by cloning the displays, running a precision timer on the screen and taking a photograph, you can then see the time difference between the two displays
