code.google.com/p/rocksmith-custom-song-creator/It's still in its early stages of coding, but as of now they have song lyrics working. Hopefully ray could use this code and implement this in EOF, not just to create custom songs for rocksmith, but to rip rocksmith songs to be useable in phase shift or rock band 3. Basically, it's a "I'll just leave this here" post

I've been watching that project for a few days. I've updated FoFLC to be able to convert to Rocksmith's XML lyric format. I do hope that the chart format can be figured out enough to allow customs, but my focus would be more toward creating customs instead of porting RS content.

They're at the point where they're ready to test some free-use songs (with guitar tablature available) for use in Rocksmith. Are there some in particular that you guys would recommend?

I would say anything by Brad Sucks.

In selecting a song to submit to use, I went with "Understood by your Dad" since the thread said it had pro guitar. But it also turns out to have pro bass, so other songs might be also more complete than the first post indicates. Would anybody be able to update that thread?
In any case, I've posted a demo of EOF's new Rocksmith export functionality to the Google group for testing.

It's a very good news for me to see a possible compatibility with Phase shift, EOF and Rocksmith. RS customs scene is progressing very quick .
When ME.GA/ will be usable (February) i'll unleash my complete collection (110GB!!! of Fofix songs) to help in the custom pro chart process..
