an idea i had for the album art display, I personally love it, curious what everyone else thinks, sadly this is just a concept as theres really no practical way to make this work, maybe if enough people like it it could end up as a feature in the actual game

I can't think of a reason why you can't just do this yourself in a mod. Just an extra GFX over the top of the dynamic one.

well, its proportionally impossible... well maybe not impossible but really hard because of the way ps scales it. plus its not wort adding the the overlay to thousands of songs

You wouldn't need to add it one by one. Just create a single GFX to go over all of them.

copy your cd case png into the theme images folder, find the theme ini file for the menu you want to edit, copy and paste one of the chunks of code for adding an image, link it to your new image, make sure it goes infront of the album art and scale / position as needed using debug mode and hitting F12 to get instant previews of your values, wouldn't take long

Oh this is pretty cool, I didn't know you could add images that weren't existant already
now, how do i I set it to overlay the album art? i got everything set except it goes under the album art.
EDIT also when i turned on debug my game started starting up in a tiny square, i have to change a random graphic option to turn it back, not making a report on it because im using .96 still, but figured id let you guys know about it still.
