Can you perhaps make a GUI where you can send a file to someone else that automatically gets transferred into the song's folder? That wouldn't interfere with copyright stuff would it?
If it did, can you make a totally separate program that runs in the background that can do something with this?

Again, this also infringes on copyright stuff. If you really want to share songs, the best way is to do stuff like this through a third party.

well.. a technical way around it is putting a disclaimer the users have to accept, but thats pretty much looping the system..
