I have a few questions.
1. Does it matter if when I look in the music folder and see the guitar and song and note file that it doesn't have the extensions there ( .ogg, .ini, .mid)...or does it always have to have that? Because I''m putting some songs on there that play fine but there are no notes...just the song.
2. Can I fix this problem by just changing the name to guitar.ogg? If I do that, can I do it while the song is still in the music folder, or do I need to do it elsewhere and then re-extract to the music folder. Thanks alot fellas

Windows often hides file extensions from you, but you can show the complete file names by opening a My Computer/Explorer window, opening Tools>Folder Options>View tab, unchecking the "Hide extensions for known filetypes" option and clicking OK. If the audio plays in-game, then the problem is more likely with the content of the notes.mid file.

some older songs used incorrect track names, to fix this, download EoF, click "file" and then "import midi" then just save it and it should rename the guitar track for you.
