Got a new PC just for my drum set and phase shift wont start

At first it was giving me the old MSVCR100.dll not installed. And so I downloaded it and put a copy in system 32 and in the dirrectory. And now it just says 0xc000007b error. I've replicated all the troubleshooting I can find, downloading the prereqs from the dependencies folder, uninstall/reinstall all the c++ redists, installing both the 64 and 86 versions, installing the directx in the dependencies folder, installing directx 9 and onward manually, I CANNOT get the damn game to run. Any ideas?

Never really undertsood the reason for this. People would complain about it but I never experienced it myself to be able to help anyone out beyond the steps you've taken.

Might be worth giving the Steam version a go. Steam seems to do a good job with dependances and it might even fix the normal version. I can send you a Steam key if you need one.
