In Russia, very few people know about phase shift and it is difficult to find information. I found a very cheap medeli dd305 (~ $ 35) and I don’t know if it will work when playing. Please help me figure it out)

It should as it has a USB port. Amazon reviews say this works to trigger VST packages like BFD, superior drummer, etc. If it can do that it will work in the game.
Do note, those pedals are awful. They'll work, but you're never going to hit good single foot doubles with that thing. Do some research and see of roland's FD/FH pedals work with it as the pedals it comes with will limit your ability to advance as a player.
