Hey all,
I just got a Roland TD-4 Module and have been racking my brain trying to get this to work with phase shift. As of now I have it hooked up to my PC with a Midi to USB interface, Windows detects it as USB20MIDI, and shows up in the list when I choose "Midi Link" in PS with the signal light green whenever I hit a pad. I choose generic as the profile matches all of my Midi notes for each pad and cymbal.
Once I start a song though, they just do not work. I have tried mapping the set with the Midi mapper program, saved and chose that, and the game still would not recognize my drum inputs.
Here is my midi profile I am using that came stock with the game:

This is my mapped profile for seven lane. Again pads and cymbals reacted perfectly in the program, but PS won't recognize it after selecting this profile in Midi Link.

And here is my midi_data. The only thing that is really catching my eye is that it keeps showing up as channel 00. I have my module set to channel 1 as that seems to be the most responsive with the midi to usb interface, but even if I have it set to 9 it still isn't recognized. I also notice I get three values for each pad and cymbal.
