Phase shift does not run on Win XP 32bit it says : not a valid Win32 application
Is there a 32 bit version somewhere?

You really should not be running Windows XP anymore.
Try downloading the installer again from the DWSK mirror, make sure your antivirus is off, and try again.

Hm, maybe my wrong. Xp is not supported and like vandorb12 said, you have to install older PS (1.23 in example). Windows 7 (both 32 bit and 64 bit vesions) is supported. What is your OS actually. XP or Seven?

I installed PS on Win 7, 64 bit system. As we know 64 bit systems can run 32 bit and 64 bit programs. It was installed, by default, in the Program Files (x86) folder. Which tells us that it is a 32 bit program. You are having other issues. And as stated by the other posts do not try to run PS on Win XP. It is to old and no longer supported by Microsoft for updates.
