I'm new to Phase Shift and so far absolutely loving it. I'm practically ready to unplug my old 360 that was just used for Rock Band and be a full PC gamer. The only question I have for this game that's come up after downloading many songs is what is the best way to navigate them? And how does the Search feature work?
In Rock Band if you hold the orange fret you are presented an overlay that allows you to quickly scroll to another part of the alphabet, genre, etc. In Phase Shift selecting the orange fret brings up the search page, but I'm not sure how that works... If I click the orange fret I am given a page that just says results >100, shows the very first songs on my list of songs, and I see no way to filter them or quickly move through them.
So those that have larger libraries in Phas Shift, how do you go about getting to a song you'd like? If this is truly going to be my instrument party game, I'd like to be able to more quickly get to a song that someone shouts out rather than just holding down on the keyboard/controller waiting to get to their song near the end of the alphabet. Any Tips?
