Some kind of ReplayGain applied to the songs would be nice. It would be added to the song.ini. In order to do so the tracker would just need to mix the multi-tracks together (if necessary), scan the song in something like foobar2000, and record the entry.
If you're worried because not all tracks will have the info, just set a default ReplayGain on tracks where it's not present in song.ini.

I second this, and I believe one should also be able to define different gains on every track of a song (a la GH3) to "remix" them as wished.
This could be implemented as entries in the ini files with +/- decibel values which would be applied to the volume of the oggs before being played.

This is how Rock Band does it. Each stem is full volume and has gain information in the metadata to adjust as necessary. Then changing the sound can be accomplished by editing that metadata without affecting the source audio.
