I've been doing Guitar Hero World Tour customs and i would like to see a thing to change from Rock Band pro drums to Guitar Hero 5 lane drums as I don't want to spend so much time for expert and the other difficulty's.

I'm going to need more information about what you want. I don't play Guitar Hero so I don't know all the differences between the drum charts between the two games.

Kick Pedal Lane 1 - Snare Lane 2 - Hi Hat - Crash Cymbal moves to lane 2 when Ride Cymbal is being used on lane 4. Lane 3 - 1st tom Lane 4 - Ride Cymbal - Crash Cymbal moves to lane 2. Lane 5 - 2nd Tom I hope this sounds right.

Just to confirm, this is what you're wanting to do? *Move blue tom to drum lane 5 (purple) *If there is a blue cymbal and green cymbal at the same time, move the green cymbal to yellow cymbal
I'm not sure if there's really a need to make a function to do this, EOF already has most of the functions you'd need to do this quickly. I would just need to update the conditional deselect function and then you could easily use selection and toggle functions like this:
Move blue tom to drum lane 5: 1. If the fifth drum lane isn't already enabled, use "Track>Phase Shift>Enable five lane drums" For each difficulty in the drum track: 2. Select all notes (CTRL+A) 3. Deselect all notes that don't have a blue tom (Edit>Selection>Condition deselect>Deselect notes that do not contain any of lane 4, tom) 4. Use Note>Toggle>Purple (SHIFT+6) 5. Use Note>Toggle>Blue (SHIFT+4)
Swap crash cymbal: For each difficulty in the drum track: 1. Select all notes (CTRL+A) 2. Deselect all notes that aren't the ride and crash cymbal at the same time (Edit>Selection>Conditional deselect>Deselect notes that do not contain exactly lane 4 and lane 5, cymbal) 3. Use Note>Toggle>Yellow (SHIFT+3) 4. Use Note>Toggle>Blue (SHIFT+4) 5. Use Note>Drum>Toggle yellow cymbal (CTRL+Y)
Doing this would take mere seconds per track difficulty if you use the keyboard shortcuts. Let me know if this is pretty much what you had in mind.

I will give that a shot, sounds like a easy way to do it.

OK, I'll add those deselection options. Look for them in the next EOF hotfix.

It just does not work or gives me any notes selected.

Lane 1 is bass drum. You won't see that deselection option unless you use the latest hotfix (it's an updated exe file you use with the EOF 1.8RC10 file set. You will have to pick the following options: "Do not" "Contain exactly" Check both the "lane 4" and "lane 5" checkboxes "Cymbals"
Keep in mind this function deselects notes, you will have needed to have performed the previous step of selecting all notes first.

If it still doesn't work, I'll need more information such as specific steps you took, perhaps even a screen shot or an EOF project file to try. When I tested this new deselection function out, it was working as expected.
