I've got this kind of thing in EOF... ...but it looks like this in Phase Shift. Notice that in EOF the time signature changes to 2/4, but in Phase Shift it is 3/4, and it stays 3/4 for the rest of the piece. I tried changing the 3/4 to 6/4 but it still ignored the 2/4, continuing to show the chart as 6/4. I have also tried changing the 2/4 to 4/4, also with no success. I'm not sure what I'm allowed to upload here, but I may provide some files if needed.

I'd have to have the MIDI (and optimally the project file) to look at in a MIDI editor like Reaper, so I can ensure the timings are correct.

The beat timings (in seconds) are correct in that area when EOF's seek positions are compared to note positions in Reaper, but some time signature are being written in the wrong locations, which may very well be screwing things up. I'm going to have to study this problem some more to come up with a fix.

I found the problem. This chart has 109 time signature changes (that's a lot), and EOF had a limit of 100 that it would process during MIDI export. I bumped up the limit to 500, because why the heck not. I think the current limit of 100 key signature changes won't be a problem, because if somebody makes a song that surpasses that, they're just trying to make trouble.
