I don't know if it's possible, but I hope it is.
I'm trying to import a MIDI track to my EOF project, but when I do this, it simply create another EOF project, but I don't want to create another one, I just want it to merge with my current project. If there a way?

Your best bet may be to open a second EOF window, import the MIDI, copy the notes and paste them into your desired project.

Also, if I want to merge a pro keys track, how do I do? I can't use this track in EOF.

Use "Song>Manage raw MIDI tracks", click Add, browse to the MIDI with your pro keys tracks and import them into the project. This feature imports the raw MIDI events as-is, and just converts their timing to conform to that of the project. You can even import a different MIDI's tempo map, at which point the project will export with that MIDI's tempo map (ie. when needing to keep the original MIDI's timing, such as when adding a pro guitar upgrade).
