Glad you like them, if you really want them for drums you can make a copy of the guitar notes model "Note_Guitar.x" and rename it to "Note_Drum.x" and replace the original Note_Drum.x with it. Then do the same process with the textures (.png), if you cant get it working ill probably do it after new year

i like what you did with the retexturing of my notes! it looks A LOT like rock band... it really does... personally, i feel it would be better if it were slightly more obvious which notes are HOPOs and which were not, but besides that, it looks INSANELY similar to rock band with my meshes

i know, that's the reason i dont use them, even when i love em, its hard to see wich notes are hopos, but that was the best i could do without some kind of texture map, it was a painful trial and error process

kamakazikilla: i was wondering if you could edit the normal notes model, make them a bit wider so the they fit the entire lane, maybe that will help with the hopo issue cuz i would really like to include your notes as default in the next version of the theme WIP of instrument and difficulty selection

to make your rock band notes more exact, change the very edges to either a light metallic color (like silverish) or change the colors to a color similar.. then, slightly darken the entire note color for strummed notes and slightly lighten the entire note color for HOPOs, possibly adding a bit of extra light colors near the ends of the notes... HOPOs are more easily recognized through color distinction, that being said, i think the sizes are appropriate and you'll agree with me once you had these slight changes

That's what I had done in the past in my themes I made using Kama's rock band notes. Made the ends a very light silver color, then made the center bar colored to a vibrant color for each fret/lane. If you want to check the latest ones I redid look at my Rebellion theme in the "Mod Graveyard". You can download the theme and look at the notes I modded.
It's about as close as you really can get, as the lighting glow effect takes more work in the meshes.
Cheers.
