Have you considered turning this into a Rock Band 2 inspired yet Phase Shift branded theme, instead of copying Rock Band 2 in every detail? I think it would be nice to have some stuff that makes the theme stand on its own.
Secondly, the fret bar (the bit where the notes hit, whatever it's called) has real low quality texturing.
Other than that, great job!

My goal for this theme was to make it as close as possible to RB2 menus, i like them a lot and wanted to recreate them in my favorite game, an hybrid betwen rb2 and phaseshift, sounds more like an incomplete theme to me. If you have some especific suggestion by all means let me know.
About the frets we are lucky to actually have them, you wouldn't belive how hard it was to change them, i cant do 3d so i had to do a texture that fit the current fret model, lots of trial and error involved.

I would use Bipolar to decorate the results screen and player entry menu now that the latest version of PS allows graphics for it instead of actual font files. |

I might have a go at the fret bar if I'm bored enough. About my hybrid suggestion; I didn't mean to mix and match between your theme and the current default theme. I meant stuff that says "Hey, this is Rock Band, but it's also Phase Shift". Like having the logo read 'Phase Shift' instead of 'Rock Band'.

Also, do you happen to know why the PS meter is running backwards for me? When ever the game starts it looks like a full meter, but it's actually empty. Then, when I collect PS it looks empty, but it's actually full.

Where'd you get most of these SFXs? Some of them don't sound true to the original, and others are more based on guitar than any other instrument.
