hey, for some reason my custom notes aren't being used in-game... your standard PS notes come up, but all of my note files are in the correct file... so i'm not sure what's going on with that... any idea?

Oh yea, we forgot to mention that the file names have changed a little. We have seperated the drum and guitar meshes by adding seperate Tom and Cymbal Meshes. The Normal Notes have then been renamed to Notes_Guitar_XXXX. I haven't noted all the changes but you should be able to work it out. If you get stuck let me know and I'll try and give you more info.
Thanks David

It is so impressive to see the progress in such a short amount of time. Im really excited for all of the implementations. How do we go about editing sysex data for the notes so we can test these new features?

I'll be adding slider, open/pedal high hat and rim shot functionality to EOF in the very near future.

I'll be adding slider, open/pedal high hat and rim shot functionality to EOF in the very near future. Oh this is just so great. Will the rimshots be available on every drum in 4 and 5 lane mode? Hopefully not just snare since you can do a rim shot on every tom. Can we see a sample of what a rimshot note looks like compared to a regular note. Im just so so so excited.

Preliminarily, it looks like Phase Shift plans on making rim shots a red note only kind of thing. It would otherwise probably require a different custom rim shot phrase marker for each lane, so the complexity would increase pretty quickly.

We plan only to support the new features in the Real Drum Mode. We are looking into ways to seperate this from normal Real Scores but we need to do some play testing to see just how much harder the game is with all the features in place.
Thanks David

loving the new cymbal notes, its much easier to pick out the toms now.
with regards to the hihat pedal increasing the difficulty of the song, when a song only has a few open hats spaced out far apart its not to bad,but some songs with many complex open/closed beats can easily go from a 2 to a 4 in difficulty based on the hihat usage alone.bringing in an extra limb and the idependant usage required is a whole different skillset alltogether.i dont see how hihat and rim shot would work with 4/5 lane as far as i am aware no GH/RB drumset has these features.
on a side note the sound fx volume setting is still bugged with this version, thou the rest of the game is running nicely even whilst im running a vst and host and bones translator trial at the same time on my modest now dedicated phaseshift rig in the shed, cheers for the hard work
