Yeah, I got the application to work, alright. Of course, I quickly figured out just how little I understand XML code (though I'm better at this than I am at RUBY Script (RPG Maker software code through VX Ace)).
The theme preview would be quite helpful in the placement of menu options (I often confuse X and Y because almost every software has different coordinate configurations).
I have figured out how to make minor edits, but am still figuring out how to change and/or correct bugs with other themes.
Also, how to implement new language choices? Can't figure that out.

Maybe you are trying to write/edit a theme without the required knowledge for this goal. XML Editor should be used as a helper tool. If you do not understand the code itself, probably you should read my themes tutorial first. I think it's a good start point for a newbies. You should really ask a more specific question(s), instead of "how to fix bugs" You will learn how to fix bugs after at least 40-50 hours of coding/editting, so do not waste your time, but practice. I will give you an example. I created the WoR theme for around an year, because I had to learn everything from zero. Then I created the GH:M theme for about 1-2 weeks. Cool, right.

No, I get the whole 'trial and error' bit, believe me. Of course, within reason; don't want to cause irreparable damage either. If I find myself in a jam, I always seek assistance. I'll have a look at your tutorial; my knowledge of programming is generic, but I know a lot more about hexadecimal math than most so it's not a WCS. Of course, I also have graphics to create/manipulate. Not easy, being a one person run project...

Hey, i was wondering why the program wouldn't detect my PS game. I tried to apply the previous solution but was unable to find any information regarding Phase Shift in my Registries. Anyhow, any help would be greatly appreciated! Maybe a PS Directory Selector would be a good idea to drop into the program.
Edit: Probably should give you some more system info, my PC is running Windows 10, i have check the registry and the directories are not the same. (My registry begins with HKEY not HKLM) and i couldn't even find the Phase Shift registry file within the software section. Hopefully this information helps!

HKLM: HKey Local Machine, try Local Machine. I dont think it would be any different in W10 than in XP/Vista/7/8.

Im looking in Local Machine now and still do not see anything related to Phase Shift, DWSK, or anything of the sort.

Why don't you workaround this issue manually: Just open regedit for 32 bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ for 64 bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ and create new key (folder) called Phase Shift. It will contain default REG_SZ. Change its value data to your PS directory (example: C:\Games\Phase Shift).
