[Work In Progress] Guitar Hero II Theme

So recently I decided to take on making a Guitar Hero II theme for Phase Shift. It's currently in early alpha stages, and I have a lot of things left to get done.


Main menu is done, though obviously this title screen will not be used in the released version.


Song list still needs some work. I'm still trying to work out where the song info and album art should be positioned.


One thing I'd really like to do for the notes/gems is make them the 3D models from Guitar Hero II, or get some really well done recreations of the note models from Guitar Hero II. Here's Guitar Hero II on PS2 for comparison:

I'm also looking forward to it, I hope you get as soon as possible.

My only suggestion is to leave there in the accumulator stars, the same stars that have Rock Band, which will be filling with increasing points.

I'm going to, currently they're still the default Phase Shift "accumulator stars" which are the circle things, I gotta think of what graphic to change them too.

That I shall do when I work on the in-game interface more. Quite a bit of it is still default Phase Shift stuff.

well if it means anything GH didn't start doing stars inside songs until GH:M
so the ingame stars/ bubble are something people can disable (thank God for that feature)

I kinda like the in-game stars, so it'd be nice to have them in the theme in a way that fits Guitar Hero 2's art style. I've also gotta do the score display and song time fonts, and of course the Song Passed/Song Failed screen.

Nope, that's why the theme uses the Warriors of Rock layout for the meters.

The layout for ps kinda restricts ps so there can only be the ghwor rock meter.

Nope, that's why the theme uses the Warriors of Rock layout for the meters.

I know that this isn't going to be exactly an accurate suggestion, but what the hell lol, why not try making the WoR meters look more old school? just throwing out some suggestions xP
