How do you chart keys? Since EoF does not support charting keys. Do I use a different program?

EOF supports 5 lane keys. If you want to chart pro keys, you'd have to use a MIDI editor.

The easist way is to download reaper with the RBN template. Even then it takes some practice

Basic Keys (5 Lanes) is supported in EOF. Not Pro Keys / Real Keys.

I know this topic is a touch old, but would a program like FL Studio suffice for charting Pro/Real Keys?
Even better, since I've used it to create my own music, can I use the same music samples I've already created, as the base for the charting?

The last time I looked into it, FL Studio wasn't complete enough as a MIDI editor to author pro keys for Rock Band. I'm not sure if it will be enough for doing so in Phase Shift.

Hmmm...If I were to import my created sounds into Reaper, would that work, or would I have to start anew? Not that it is of high importance, but would like to know.

Honestly, I couldn't say. Reaper is a DAW, so it might support the same kind of things.

Many of the VSTs that FL Studio uses can be used in Reaper.
For best results, bounce each each sound track separately in FL Studio and import it into Reaper.

I already have separate sound files for the whole song (19 in all, most are drums/cymbals/rimshots, 2 are synth type sounds). They are in .ogg format.
