The last link I've found was kamakazikilla's, dated 18/7/11, so you must have a most recent one

Here's the latest hotfix for others that have been plagued by this issue: www.sendspace.com/file/glh9duThe problem only occurred when the song.ini file was edited outside of EOF and allowing EOF to merge the changes into the project when you opened the project again later.

Well that's a major slap in the face. Puppetz gets his song in Phase Shift without a second thought, even though I asked if mine could be in Phase Shift months ago! Well, I suppose I should just learn to live with that sort of thing happening to me. Seems I'm the only one, though.

i'm no dev, but i must say that you (and GHS) have to understand that your music has a very niche appeal, you can't expect everyone to like it, nor blame them. its not that noone apreaciates you, its the genre/style you have chosen is not the most popular of them all.
Devs cant just put any and all songs in the games setlist, they need it to appeal to the most people, songs that are really fun to play, with a high level of production, in short, the best of whats available.

it has been said before those songs are not suitable for the setlist, but would be fine as dlc, songs are simply judged on suitability, being first does not change the criteria the songs are judged on, if you release a song that fits the setlist then we'd use it

Personally, I would love to list some songs that follow my style that you already have in Phase Shift. However, because I have my dignity, I'll just live with it.
As for you, kickulater, I'll have you know that saying that something is a "Major slap in the face" is not childish. Neither is me wanting a song in Phase Shift. That said, I don't really care if I do get a song in the main game or not; I just want equal chance of being in the game. Offical DLC is fine by me.
A word of advice before replying, try playing my songs before you say that their no fun. I may be left-handed, and have no videos of my own on Phase Shift, but I at least play my songs, as opposed to you who "knock it before you try it," as the saying goes.

ElectroGalaxy, let me take this to you as a musician myself.
The fact of the matter is you keep going on and on and on about it. Yes - every artist likes attention (and it annoys the heck out of me when my original tracks don't get as much attention as my covers, Sonic ones in particular), but you have to deal with this as it goes on. The more you go on and on about this matter the more you're going to be ignored and called childish by several people. As I said I mightn't be happy with the fact that most of my tracks don't get attention but I don't complain about it (well, not anymore, a few years ago that was different haha).
Personally whilst I think your tracks are nice they're not exactly my thing so they're not what I'd want to play in PS, as I prefer heavy, fast and fun tracks over others (for example, I'd easily pick My Arrival, Orphanage over the Brad Sucks stuff), but that's just me.

so bringing this thread back on topic
After doing another review I've noticed a mistake with the list unfortunately, i had fake it checked off but looks like its actually still an expert only chart
so with that extra setback and seeing whats still left on the list its clear we have no chance of hitting the holiday release target, which is a shame but its ready when its ready, so we'll realign our goals, carry on fine tuning some of the bits that are being worked on at the moment and hopefully the last of the songs will get finished off in due time
thanks to everyone thats helped out so far
